Was Sie erwartet:

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans aligned with business forecasts
  • Align production plans with sales, market demand, and inventory targets
  • Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes across units
  • Analyse plant capacity and define optimal production schedules
  • Identify capacity constraints and recommend expansion or load balancing solutions
  • Coordinate raw material and packaging material requirements with Procurement team
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels (FG, RM, WIP) to avoid stockouts or overstocking
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure dispatch alignment
  • Ensure demand-supply balancing through accurate forecasting and order analysis
  • Implement and maintain effective planning tools.
  • Lead initiatives for planning automation, lead time reduction, and process improvements
  • Monitor KPIs: OTIF (On-Time In-Full), adherence to plan, production efficiency
  • Lead a team of PPC professionals across units/plants
  • Facilitate daily/weekly production meetings with Manufacturing and Sales.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
