Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung im HR-Tagesgeschäft entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationsunterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei Aufbau, Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen HR-Initiativen
  • Kreative Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von zielgruppenspezifischen Maßnahmen für das Personalmarketing 
  • Erstellung von ansprechenden visuellen und textlichen Inhalten für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle (Social Media, Print, Digital)
  • Mithilfe bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Karriere-Website

Key Competencies and Qualifications

  • Aktuelles BWL Studium (Bachelor oder Master) idealerweise im Bereich Personal oder ähnlichem
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Employer Branding oder Personalmarketing
  • Affinität für digitale Tools und Social Media Plattformen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Großes Organisationstalent und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
